Although getting out and riding my bike is something that I take time for often, I do not always take my camera with me. So earlier this week on a nice sunny spring morning, I headed out on the bike with my camera for a change.⠀

I took a route that headed south from Victoria Point along the main road, before heading to the coast part way along Redland Bay and following the water back towards Victoria Point. Unfortunately I do not think that this particular area has a name but it sits at the end of Bay Street in Redland Bay.⠀

Starting with salad leaf blend and adding grated carrot and beetroot before topping with sesame seeds and roasted slivered almonds. Finished with a dressing of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and coconut amino sauce.
